DSH Designs sells digital downloads (PDFs, interactive HTML tools, and related digital resources) focused on friendship, connection, confidence, and personal growth. All products are delivered electronically; no physical items are shipped unless a listing explicitly states otherwise.

When you purchase a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own individual use. If you’d like to share a product with someone else, please direct them to purchase their own copy.

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our checkout provider. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

4. Refund Policy

Because our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your order — a broken download link, a corrupted file, or you didn’t receive your product — contact us at hello@dshdesigns.shop and we will make it right.
