How do I receive my product after purchasing?

All DSH Designs products are digital downloads. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your downloads any time from your account page.

What format are the products in?

All products are delivered as PDF files. They are designed to be easy to read and use on any device — phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. Some products also include printable versions.

I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder — it sometimes ends up there. If you still can’t find it, send us a message using the form above with your order details and we’ll resend it right away.

Do you offer refunds?

Because our products are digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you have an issue with your order or the product isn’t what you expected, reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Can I share the products with others?

DSH Designs products are licensed for personal use only. Please do not share, resell, or distribute the files. If you’d like to share with someone, send them to the shop — we’d love to have them here too.
