Most DSH Designs products are digital and delivered instantly. A few items, such as our printed books, are printed on demand and shipped to you free of charge. This policy explains how and when each type of order arrives.
1. Digital Products
Ebooks, worksheets, trackers, and other digital downloads are delivered immediately after checkout. There are no shipping charges for digital products.
- Your download link appears on the order confirmation page as soon as your payment is complete.
- We also email the download link to the address you used at checkout. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.
- If you created an account, you can download your files at any time from My Account.
If your download link is missing or doesn’t work, email us at hello@dshdesigns.shop and we’ll send you a working link.
2. Printed Books
Our printed books are produced and shipped by our print partner, Lulu Press. Each book is printed specifically for your order, so delivery happens in two stages:
- Printing: Your book is typically printed and bound within 3 to 5 business days of your order. Production can take longer during busy periods such as the holiday season.
- Shipping: Once printed, your book ships from the Lulu print facility closest to you. Transit time depends on your location. International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
Shipping is free. The cost of shipping is already included in the price of every printed book, so you will not see any extra shipping charge at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or an incorrect address.
3. Bundles
If your order includes both digital and printed items, your digital files are delivered instantly as described in Section 1, and your printed book ships separately as described in Section 2.
4. Order Tracking
When your printed book ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
5. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Because books go into production quickly, we may not be able to change the address after an order is placed. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we will do our best to help.
6. International Orders
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your printed book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if it has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at hello@dshdesigns.shop with your order number. Please see our Refund and Return Policy for full details on replacements and refunds.
